The other major factor for us was working within a time frame. They absolutely nailed all of these expectations and the quality of the finishes are excellent. We also appreciated that we were able to meet onsite regularly to deal with any unexpected issues and have them dealt with immediately. They have made this whole process so easy and seamless.

We highly recommend First Choice and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Guys for building our dream home…. we absolutely love it!!

First Choice Constructions has built three of our last four development projects, ranging from 3 x 3 bed, 2 storey townhouses to 6 x 4 bed, 3 storey townhouses.
